Dr. Hess was a full-time dental hygienist for three years before she entered dental school at the University of Louisville, giving her a more complete grasp of preventative dental care than most dentists. She graduated from dental school in 1986 and has been in solo practice for 19 years.
Dr. Hess continues her education, studying the latest procedures and techniques in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry with industry leaders in an effort to provide her patients with the finest care available. Dr. Hess has the training to provide expert services in many of the most advanced areas of cosmetic dentistry, including porcelain veneers, crowns, dental implant restorations and more.
Dr. Hess’ skills, training and qualifications have been corroborated by her membership in professional societies. She belongs to the Louisville Dental Society, the Kentucky Dental Association, and the American Dental Society.

Dr. Hess and her dental hygienist each have more than two decades of experience, and she estimates that her office has more than 100 years of combined experience in the dental profession. With this much expertise under one roof, our practice operates as smoothly as you might imagine, and we give our patients the assurance that, no matter how unique or challenging their situation is, we have the technology, knowledge and skills to provide the treatment they need.

Our 2500 square foot facility has a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere that includes amenities such as wireless headsets for relaxing music, and the latest in dental technology, such as the intraoral camera, soft tissue laser, laser cavity detection, and ZOOM!® Whitening.
